Field Service Two-way Radio Technician:

ERS Wireless, a 60 year old Motorola Premier Service Partner has immediate job openings for experienced 2-Way Radio Technicians in our Evansville and Indianapolis Indiana locations.

Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and possess a thorough understanding of RF System design and trouble shooting. Job would include installation and maintenance of the latest in Motorola Analog and Digital radio technology for both mobile and fixed applications for Government, Large Enterprise, Healthcare, Education and Commercial customers.

Applicant should have a minimum of an associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent, clean driving record, valid driver's license and must be willing to work occasional overtime when necessary and from time to time take after hours calls in rotation with other team members. A CET certification from ETA is a plus.

ERS Data Solutions Group currently has an opening in the Indianapolis market for an Outside Sales/B2B Business Development Manager.
The Outside Sales/ Business Development Manager has the responsibility for developing new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships and collaborating with Marketing on company growth. Candidate must be highly effective at networking and developing/maintaining lasting relationships. Candidate must have the aptitude to learn wireless communication products and services and also have the drive to work efficiently independently, without close supervision.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or at least 2 years B2B Sales experience.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated, outgoing, and have a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating skills
  • Computer literate; thorough understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience in sales (Wireless/ Telecom a plus)
  • Good driving record and a valid driver’s license

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop strong relationships with corporations, hospitals, school districts, and government accounts
  • Process sales orders
  • Generate/Identify leads for outside sales team
  • Work with our distributor network to get pricing for customer quotes and orders
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing customers
  • Qualifications:

  • One to two years of sales experience preferred
  • Four Year College Degree
