| At ERS, our customers come first. Whether it's a police car with a mobile data problem, a manufacturer with a repeater problem, a rush rental that needs to go out tonight even though it's 10 til 5:00, or a customer who simply has a question... our customer's come first. We'll do what it takes to make sure our customer has the answered question, that the rush rental gets delivered, or fix the equipment problem. And such is our reputation in Northeast and Central Indiana. ERS values our customers and the personal relationships we've formed over the years with many of them. It makes our job that much better. It's always nice to do business with people you enjoy... you want to do a good job for them. ERS does many things to make sure we are doing a great job, and if we're not, we want to know right away.
