February 22, 2010-- Emergency Radio Service Receives Motorola "Pinnacle of Customer Excellence" Award.
The Motorola "Pinnacle of Customer Excellence" Award recognizes the top channel partner each year that best exemplifies outstanding customer service. Emergency Radio Service, Inc. (ERS) is the 2009 recipient of this prestigious award. Based exclusively on superior customer service, the award is given annually to one channel partner in the United States that commits time, effort and resources in the pursuit of outstanding customer satisfaction. Channel Partners are judged on specific areas of discipline including; Customer Care Processes, Customer Retention Strategies, Ease of Doing Business, Understanding Customer Needs, Exceeding Customer Expectations, and a Commitment to being Responsive to Customer Needs. It is the premier award given by Motorola to its’ two-way channel partner network. The award will be presented to Brian Hull, Owner/General Manager of ERS in March at the Motorola Channel Partner Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
"Out of the Customer Excellence program came our ‘Customer Focused, Quality Driven’ initiative. Through this initiative we first looked at ourselves in the mirror," said Hull. "We tore into every policy and procedure we had to make sure we were doing things right. We found that we were doing some things ok, but we needed to make some changes to do things great. This has been a real positive step to improving our Customer Relationships and we will continue to raise the bar on ourselves," said Hull. "Without our Customers, we would not be in business."
This is the second time Motorola has awarded the "Pinnacle of Customer Excellence" to ERS and the eighth time overall that ERS has earned "Pinnacle Club" status for outstanding performance since 1996.
